On November 27th, TigSiPay SIA representatives attended a seminar organized by the Bank of Latvia, focusing on the latest challenges and regulatory changes within the financial sector.
During the seminar, several important topics were discussed, including:
  • The implementation of the DORA regulation, strengthening cybersecurity and resilience requirements for financial technology companies;
  • The introduction of the MiCA regulation, promoting transparency and trust in the crypto asset market;
  • Updates on AML (anti-money laundering), reinforcing efforts to combat financial crime;
  • The Bank of Latvia’s EKS system, enabling SEPA Instant payment solutions.
